According to the record in Sejong Chronicles Geography(Sejong sillok geography), Woongjeom tea place(now Ungchi-myeon) and Galpyeongso(now Hoechen-myeon) where the tea was made were set up in Koryo Dynasty. Except for some companies having processing factories, the whole of handpicked Spring tea leaves are purchased and about two-ton in the level of dried leaves, about 500kg of black tea and blending tea are manufactured for companies to order a large amount of these. To produce the products considering the consumer’s trends, more than 100 items reporting were completed and various products have been selling now.
